Ceiling looks like it needs repaired. But room was clean, nice

The pool waa amazing. We had a room right by the pool. Room was a good size

The floors were extremely dirty when we got there. Just could have been mopped before we arrived.

Location.

Fan fell from ceiling in bathroom and hit me on my shoulder as I was drying my hair got moved rooms to a room with no balcony one of the beds had dried sperm splattered and dripping down the head board a worker knocked on my door and then just opened it before I could get there to open to ask if I was staying another day and if so I needed to pay and I had already paid for 2 days so he checked with the front office and they said it was a front office mistake like what if I was naked or my daughter was changing clothes he didn't say sorry the house keeper did and when I told the front desk about the fan falling from the ceiling in the bathroom and hitting me she said "well I'm glad you wasn't in the shower" me too I just got out and would have probably got electrocuted there was wires on the fan part that feel in the wet shower I just got out of and wires hanging from the ceiling luckily it just hot me in my shoulder and then fell into the bathtub but it scared me tremendously. I paid $170 a night for this place and don't get to go on vacation much and this is what I got I want stay here again and someone should make this right because this is not acceptable for a customer to be treated like this I could have stayed at another hotel for less money but we wasted our time and money here. I should have stayed at the atlantis inn like I originally wanted to but they didn't have a pool but I prob wouldn't have almost got electrocuted and had to sleep on a bed with sperm splattered all over it.

The price and location were great. We were withing walking distance to the beach and shops and food. The staff were kind and attentive. We were checked on and supplied with what we needed.

The beds were not the most comfortable, that is something that I would recommend being addressed when able.
