Pineapple Villas on Laguna Beach

This was a nice and comfortable place to stay. The hot tub was actually hot, and the beach was a stone's throw away. Very pleasant atmosphere. The property itself is probably in need of an update compared to more commercial options, but this suited our needs just fine.

It was all so great

The room had a wonderful view of the ocean but it was very run down and felt dirty . One of the showers was out of order, the refrigerator was dirty along , the sofa was stained and disgusting!

The property is older. That was not the problem, the problem was it was dirty. Ceilimg fans and.vents are covered in dirt and dust. The tvs only picked up 1 channel. Spilled water on the floor. Wiped it up my paper towels were black.

The property is right on the beach the overall stay was great vwey quite but not much to do on site but it is in good distance for shopping and activities. The staff was very nice its a great getaway for rest and relaxing

A little dated but very well maintained and great location.

Our room have water leak from the rain, the fridge was dirty and it smells like pee on the inside of the hotel.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to your needs. Pet friendly. Clean and quaint. Great views of beach and quiet. Only thing I didnt care for is the bed boxsprings, pillows and mattress need replacing. Windows and screens need updating. When it rained my windows leaked into our rooms.

We had a great time! We didn't get to enjoy the pool on our first day because it was under maintenance, but it was open on our second day and it was HEATED! We enjoyed the heated pool for two days, but then on the 4th day, the pool was no longer heated. Come to find out they turned the heater off for spring/summer. I wish it would have been left on because it was still very chilly, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the place was great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. Great staff.

While this property is a little "tired" it is located along a very quiet section of the beach. It is an excellent respite from the Spring Break style chaos happening just up the road
