Leonardo Plaza Haifa

Location of hotel is excellent, right on the waterfront with beach access and great view. I enjoyed swimming in the large, lovely, indoor pool and also walking on the waterfront. Amenities in the room were top notch (toiletries, hair dryer, robes, coffee). Breakfast buffet was extensive and beautiful!

English language signage directing guests how to exit the hotel directly to the waterfront/beach could be improved

Cost-benefit ratio at the lowest level possible. Far too much money for how little you get. The hotel is under renovation, and the systems are still in testing stages, especially the air conditioning. The room lighting was a disaster, just like the AC. I had to change rooms three times before getting one where it actually worked, and even then, the AC kept shutting off every so often. I had to get up twice in the middle of the night to turn it back on because the heat woke me up. As for cleanliness: “clean only where the bride walks.” A little beyond eye level and everything was filthy. In conclusion, they sell themselves as a 4-star hotel, but they barely reach 3 stars, and that’s without even mentioning the parking situation, which I’ll leave for another time. Not recommended at all. Look for another option.

A wonderful staff that helped us with every issue. Great facilities, especially for kids — pool, beach, and children’s room. Perfect for both couples and families. There are bars, an ice cream shop, and cafés near the hotel. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. You have a mall and train station 20 min away from the hotel that can take you to other places in Haifa Tel-Aviv or Jerusalem . We enjoyed our stay there .

חדר לא היה נקי, כתמים על הרצפה, אבק, שולחן מוכתם. אזורי המלון לא נקיים, חלונות ודלתות. חדר טיפולים צמוד לחדר כושר ממש לא הגיוני. תמי 4 לא עבד בבריכה.
