The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe

Sadly there was a number of things that did not work in the residence:TV, fireplace, main light switch in bathroom, shower handle, microwave and dishwasher (broken glass in there). For a resort such as The Ritz Carlton this is really not up to standard. Staff was very friendly, but unable to fix these items after multiple attempts. Out of the three days we stayed, we spent more than half a day attempting to fix at least some these things. I would appreciate a partial refund - the property could not do so, since I booked via Orbitz.

Excellent, clean and well maintained. The staff is truly wonderful.

The hotel is very outdated with cracks in the bathtub and dusty carpeting - had allergies all night due to the dust. Does not have a 5 star feel, small rooms with tiny balconies with hardly any standing room (no room for chairs or anything). The staff was amazing, especially room service staff, went above and beyond.

Whether you're a skier, hiker, or simply seeking a tranquil retreat, this resort offers something for everyone. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway. This establishment truly sets a standard of excellence in hospitality that is second to none. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
