Gentillesse et prévenance du personnel. Entretien des jardins et de la plage, ainsi que la propriété de la piscine. Restaurant Dolce Vita avec une équipe formidable et une très bonne qualité de repas.

Qualité des cocktails proposés au bar a améliorer, peut-être en utilisant des jus pur fruits. Manque d'information au restaurant de la plage.

Hôtel très agréable avec un accueil chaleureux , les repas en demie pension dans les restaurants à la carte sur la plage et l'italien de très bonne qualité. Gros coup de cœur pour la soirée langouste du samedi soir . Merci beaucoup au représentant Booking sur place très efficace et réactif .

Chambres un peu sombre . Dépôt de garantie de 200 € à l'arrivée . Système de réservation pour les deux restaurants à la plage et l'italien . Hauteur de l'eau dans le lagon.

Our stay at Ambre Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is located on one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in Mauritius, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. There is a great variety of food options and restaurants. Although reservations are required, the process is very easy and well-organized. The evening entertainment and events added a lovely touch to our stay. What really made the difference, however, was the amazing and friendly staff. A special thank you to Ashika, Javeed, Rakesh, and Avikesh, along with the entire team. They were always attentive, and any issue—big or small—was resolved immediately with care and professionalism. A big thank you to all of them for making our stay so memorable.

es war recht laut gerade nachts, leider war auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer schlecht gewartet und daher laut.. sicherlich nur ein Einzelfall, war aber dem sonst absolut tollen Gesamtergebnis klein wenig abträglich. Alles Andere war super!

Hotel molto bello! Camere belle, grandi e sempre molto pulite!!! Cibo molto buono: ci sono 3 ristoranti, 1 a buffet (il menù cambia tutti i giorni) con tantissima varietà anche vegana, 1 italiano con pizza (buona!!!) e piatti italiani anche se qualcuno da rivedere negli accostamenti, e 1 in spiaggia con principalmente pesce di qualità! Spiaggia stupenda e molto grande, tantissimi lettini ovunque, belle le piscine proprio sul mare!! Acqua del Mare stupenda!!! Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualunque esigenza!! Ti chiedono continuamente se è tutto ok, se la camera va bene ed è pulita, etc..ci hanno permesso anche di fare il late checkout chiedendolo il giorno prima ad un piccolo sovrapprezzo. Vorrei ringraziare tanto SAMANTHA che ci ha accolto e accompagnato durante la vacanza, molto professionale e gentile e disponibile, oltre a parlare bene italiano Poi vorrei fare i miei complimenti, oltre che ringraziare, a TARESH camerieri che ci ha servito nel ristorante italiano con un grandissima professionalità, adatta ai migliori ristoranti..ci aggiustava la sedia, tovagliolo sulle gambe, donne sempre servite per prime, sempre attento a che non mancasse nulla!! E un grazie a VISAMBAL per la cura nella pulizia della camera!!
