Location was great & having a bar, restaurant & pokies were great too

Our shower had a broken shower head & the shower itself was grotty with mould it needy a proper deep clean. The air-conditioning which was essential was so loud it was like there was a cyclone outside 24/7 & very dusty. Thw elevators were gross too. If these issues were fixed it would be great value.

3 sleepless nights due to music playing in the Hotel pub below. I would never go back there. The establishment needs to decide - Hotel or a venue for extremely loud music? The 2 are incompatible.
