Habia muy poca variedad de desayuno. Ademas, no había tostadoras para calentar el pan y en el baño no habia alfombra para los pies

Terrible experience , Avoid this place at all costs!This place is absolutely terrible. Calling it a hotel is an insult to real hotels; it feels more like a poorly run hostel.Despite having a confirmed booking through Booking.com, they demanded an extra $350 for my 6-year-old child upon arrival. To make matters worse, the manager tried to act as if he was doing me a favor and giving me a "cheap deal."The staff here are the most incompetent, unprofessional, and rude people I have ever encountered in my life, and that includes the management. They are genuinely bad people with zero customer service skills. Even though I was traveling with my family and they had vacant rooms available, they forced us to wait outside until 3:00 PM for check-in.When I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to give it fully, saying something like "Lass" or similar.I paid $300 USD per night for one room, and I have never seen such a dreadful place for that amount of money. I have never stayed in a worse place in my entire life. Do not ruin your trip, look elsewhere!

Good value for money, rooms have aircon

The location is convenient next to the train station, however the specific location itself is a bit bland with offices and construction. But it is easy to get around with a bike for example.

Creo que es más cara de lo que en realidad es la habitación , pero bueno, es que Copenhague es carísimo
