During low season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service one way from the Foz do Iguaçu airport to the hotel. Not applied to national holidays, summer vacation and winter holidays. This service must be scheduled 72 hours in advance. Please inform your flight details to the hotel on the moment of the reservation. Rooms have different décor and will be selected according to availability. Please note, a safety deposit box is available for a one-time fee of BRL 5.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. o atendimento, no primeiro momento me colocaram em um quarto pequeno demais, que eu me sentir mal, são horríveis quartos pequenos e abafados no lado 2, depois pedir ao rapaz acho que o gerente, e ele nos colocou em um outro quarto bem ótimo, próximo a uma cozinha compartilhada,me sentir em casa... o café da manhã é bom, bem convencional, comi waffer todos os dia com doce de leite, o café é forte eu gosto. a limpeza do quarto todos os dias... trocam toalhas todos os dias, achei ser exagero, a troca de toalha,mas... tudo bem, a cozinha compartilhada tem tudo, TEM ATÉ AIRFRIED... TEM UM FILTRO PARA ÁGUA DE BEBER,GOSTEI, ECONOMIZEI DE COMPRAR ÁGUA MINERAL

Um dos quartos pequeno demais, parece que você está preso em cadeia. abafado e muito isolado... ninguém merece dormir em um quarto daqueles... NÃO TEM RALO PARA LEGUMES, FEZ MUITA FALTA P NÓS... DO MAL CHEIRO DE CIGARROS, ALGUMAS PESSOAS FUMAM PRÓXIMO A COZINHA COMPARTILHADA...

Não tive uma experiência boa, possa ser que tenha quartos melhores, mas peguei um horrível, minúsculo, bem feio, o chuveiro do banheiro a água era gelada ou fervendo, enfim, não recomendo a estadia
