Absolut enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Wir haben das Hotel nach nur einer Nacht wieder verlassen, obwohl bereits mehrere Nächte bezahlt waren – so schlecht war unsere Erfahrung. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte deutlich schlechter als auf den Bildern. Die Atmosphäre war unangenehm, vieles wirkte alt und ungepflegt, und insgesamt hatten wir überhaupt kein Wohlfühlgefühl. Auch die Lage und Umgebung konnten unsere Erwartungen überhaupt nicht erfüllen. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde. Obwohl im Hotel offensichtlich viele Zimmer leer standen, wurde jede Kulanz kategorisch abgelehnt. Statt Verständnis oder Kundenservice gab es nur Standardantworten und Ausreden. Wer hier bucht, sollte wissen, dass Kundenzufriedenheit offenbar keine große Rolle spielt. Für uns definitiv keine Empfehlung und garantiert kein zweites Mal.

the hotel layout is beautiful and the overall setting in Railay is stunning. The pool villa itself is nice and offers great potential.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations of a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price we paid. The villa and facilities suffer from significant maintenance issues. The pool decking was broken and unstable, furniture was damaged, and there were visible cracks and water leakage around the pool area. Even basic things like the bathroom door and entrance lighting were not functioning properly. Cleanliness was also below standard. Sunbeds were dirty, the shared pool had insects and an unclean floor, and we even encountered a cockroach near our private pool. The dining area floor was also noticeably dirty. Service was inconsistent. Housekeeping was delayed (our room was only cleaned around 2 PM despite requesting service early in the morning), the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and overall the level of attentiveness was lower than expected compared to other hotels in Thailand.
