Good location, right next to bus terminal

The staff wasn’t very helpful. I asked for some basic cutlery and was informed that I had booked a standard twin room and kitchen amenities are not included as part of the hotel. Whilst I understand it is not necessarily part of the room facilities, there are clearly cutlery available at the hotel (there is a breakfast room next to reception), I feel the staff could have been more helpful.
