El hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno casco histórico, al lado de un parking público y con vistas al Río Huecar. El desayuno, además, está en un comedor con unas vistas increíbles. Por lo demás, el personal de recepción es una maravilla, la habitación es muy grande, tiene ducha Y bañera y radiadores para aburrir y no pasar frío en invierno. Finalmente, tiene un restaurante en el propio hotel con comida típica y el desayuno, aunque es normal, tiene un precio de 10€ que al menos lo hace competitivo.

Respecto a nuestra experiencia en particular, tuvimos un problema con la habitación 11 (y creo que la 12 estará igual). Da la impresión de que tienen un restaurante de un local anexo al hotel de manera que esas habitaciones concretas (el resto creo que no tendrán ese problema) reciben muchísimo ruido desde que abre el restaurante hasta que cierra a las 00 horas. Desde recepción del hotel se vuelvan en seguida y llaman al restaurante, pero es imposible evitar el ruido de mesas, sillas y comensales. Así pues, pese a que la recepción del hotel es perfecta, en caso de poder, aconsejo evitar esas habitaciones concretas (la 11 y 12).

La ubicación es genial, las vistas increíbles. La atención en recepción excepcional.

Se escuchaba todo y hubo un par de personas que se pusieron a hablar y a reír en el pasillo y nos despertaron. La habitación es muy amplia pero la almohada me pareció muy incómoda ya que era demasiado dura. El resto perfecto.
