Location was Great

No problems with the accommodation

The property was good. we had the entire apartment to ourselves. the rooms are upstairs. THe location is quite handy as well. When we arrived, we found the note on the reception door at around 3.00pm directing us to our unit. From then on, the entire stay was marred with unpleasant email exchanges. I was trying to be as polite as I could be but got nothing but flak from other side. The setting on the microwave was messed up so I sent an email to the contact admin and replay came within half hour. They asked me to press "start button". Surely I had done that and when I explained to them that, they warned me that if they came to fix the microwave and found nothing wrong with it, they will charge me for it! It was not even 5.00PM It was no explanation as to how it works or what I was supposed to do with it. I still made peace and responded to them saying they can fix it the next day and also fix the bulb above the stairs leading upto the rooms as it was not working. the entire first night we used torch to climb up and down between living area and the rooms. Next morning, We went out and after coming back, both the problems were fixed but my inbox had another email complaining about how they had to call a handyman to change the bulb which costed them money! it claimed the bulb was working and there was nothing wrong with it. To be honest, if they had just given us the bulb, we could have changed it ourselves but to complain about getting a handyman to change the bulb is a bit unfair! if the bulb is not working, it is not working. we had a 11 month old child and 68 year old traversing through the stairs without light which is easily a hazard. Place itself was clean and stay otherwise was good. May be they need to change the way they speak to guests. a little empathy can go a long way in improving ratings on BDC.

Communication can be lot more respectful especially when the person is being accommodative.

Location is good and car parking was available. Heat pump facility was also nice.

Furniture quality was very poor including dirty utensils. We stayed for two days so no one changed the bed sheets and towels for second day which was not expected. There were no clear guidelines about apartment decoration which cost us another $100 for cleaning fee.

Everything was lovely

I am a light sleeper so the hummm of the chiller was a bit noisey, but thats my fault for not taking ear plugs

I booked for 2 adult and two kids , I asked for coat which was free they changed for that even though we didn't use.
