Price Pointe Inn

The host was quite lovely. The establishment was quaint as well as clean. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and you can hear hear everything in the next room.

When we checked in to our room we noticed that there was a smell like moldy cheese and it was overwhelming. We pulled the sheets down to check the beds, and the sheets were soaked and that is where the smell was coming from. The manager apologized and offered us another room. He explained that they had high humidity which causes this issue. The second room smelled like musty basement and again the sheets were wet but not as wet as the first room. It was late, we were tired, so we dealt with it. However, the comforter on one of the beds had a large stain on it that looked like bodily fluid. I went down again to get a new comforter and complain. The manager gave us a new comforter and again apologized. I called the next day to get a refund, but the manager wasn't available and was told I would get a call back the following day. It's been almost a week and no call. I am calling them everyday until they give me my money back. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Smaller motel, bar was under our room. Breakfast was just a few bars, fruit cups, and some pop tarts

Gunner was very friendly . Room was newly updated and very clean and comfortable. Easy parking and minutes away from shopping. Easy in and out for business traveler. Easy quick meal downstairs and bar . Nice option!

This is a cute sort of funky place with a friendly manager.The room was fairly new and clean, but this property must have some sort of moisture issue becuse the room had an odd sort of musty odor. As with many places, it is hard to find help.We did not receive any cleaning service and had to call the office for fresh towels. Normally, we would have used the ones we left to dry on the rack, but because of the moisture issue our towels were still damp when we returned to our room that evening.

It is a cute, well kept property. Small coffee bar and snacks for breakfast were a nice quick grab in the morning, but would not consider it "breakfast". The beds were on wheels and bed was not attached to the headboard (this was mounted to the wall), so you were not able to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard without the bed sliding out from the wall. We also had people knocking on our door and window both nights that we stayed. I feel that under different circumstances it would have been a decent place to stay.

Need much better signage. I was lost the entire time I was there. I couldn't figure out where the office was. Once I found the office, it was closed. (there was a young couple having the same issues as me...neither of us could figure out where to go). I saw a sign that said to check in at the bar. The bartender was talking to 2 guys (the only guys at the bar) and it took several minutes for him to acknowledge me. He seemed to know the 2 guys and said he only works weekends and this was his 7th shift. He couldn't check me in. He had to call the owner, which took several more minutes. The owner couldn't find my reservations but after a few minutes he seemed to find it. I couldn't find my room. There are 2 buildings but apparently one of them isn't a part of the motel, these might be apartments. I couldn't find the ice machine. I had to call the motel to figure it out. I couldn't figure out how to return my keys the next day. The owner had told me to place my keys in the office. The office was unlocked this time but with no employees and I couldn't find a place to leave my keys.
