The Drury hotels are all pretty similar regarding spacious rooms, cleanliness and friendly service. This one is no different. I always enjoy the kick back meals and the full breakfasts. Unfortunately, I had to remove a star due to a delayed maintenance issue. Last night and this morning there were issues with water on the floor next to the bar and soda machines and there was no carbonation in the soda machines. (Possibly related and possibly due to a punctured or open line... just a guess) While the ladies at the bar tried their best to work around this by putting up a caution cone and mopping up the water, the manager failed to put up out of order signs and having the issue fixed when it was first noticed that evening. Many guests ended up with flat soda and then dumping it out. This morning the wet floors caused more work for the ladies serving and created a bit of chaos in the dining room around the waffle machines. I believe that although one cannot prevent some issues from occurring, addressing them as soon as possible goes a long way, even if it costs more to do so on a Sunday night. Otherwise our stay was very good.
