"We would stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

The location was great. It was close, walking to several restaurants, shopping. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel so the lobby was very busy and noisy and a lot of action. The floor we stayed on was very quiet.

The parking was crazy. The spaces were small and the later you arrived, the less spaces available for guests. The hotel was full of families that were in town for softball/baseball tournaments. Nice place for families with happy hour and breakfast available.

Love the included dinner and drinks. Location great. Room very clean. Bed comfortable.

On elevator was not working, but that happens. Nothing against unexpected repairs needed.

"Disappointed vs our typical experience with the Drury inn."

Location was great and close to everything which is why we chose it. Room we paid extra for had good space. Room was clean.

The breakfast was out of almost everything and only one person to try and keep up to the volume of people did not go well. We stay at the Drury often and have always enjoyed them but this was not one of our best stays. Looked to be understaffed and only 1 elevator worked so we took the stairs every time because the wait was very long. We paid for 4 people in our room but only 3 shower towels.
