Los vigilantes del hotel muy prepotentes y los de recepción no saben dar una explicación se comunican con otras personas de Recursos humanos para ver si te dan una solución.

Me tuvieron 1.30 min y no resolvieron lo de mi estancia y tuve que comunicarme a la aplicación donde realize mi reservación.

La comida muy bien

Al salir le pedimos a la que estaba en recepción que si al entregar la pulcera podíamos permanecer un rato más en el hotel ya q nuestro transporte salia más tarde y de muy mal modo la chica de la recepción mencionó que no que ya nos teníamos q retirar y que no podíamos permanecer más en el hotel, es el primer hotel que nos pasa ésto, estuvimos en diciembre en el hotel Grand Riviera Pricess de Cancún en diciembre y nuestro vuelo salía hasta las 9 de la noche y nos pidieron entregar la habitación a la hora pero que podíamos permanecer en el hotel hasta las 7 pm y podíamos entrar a comer, nos dieron toallas y nos indicaron que regaderas podíamos usar antes de irnos fueron muy cordiales, sin embargo en el bananas fueron groseros en ese aspecto

Camere molto ampie e con bella veduta (al sesto piano di otto, ai piani bassi manca la vista), ristorazione ottima, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale
