"Queja del Conductor del camión para Playa"

Bueno, solo un detalle, el conductor del camión que nos lleva a la playa en el regreso se portó muy grosero, porque hicimos la fila en un lugar donde había sombra en lo que esperábamos a que llegara, no quiso poner el vehículo en donde estábamos que era solo un poco más adelante de donde dice que se debe poner, ocasionando todo un desorden y obviamente los que estábamos hasta adelante fuimos los que subimos al último yéndonos parados, sobre todo había personas de la 3era edad, un poco de criterio para que no ocasiones estos problemas entre los mismos pasajeros y clientes del mismo hotel, no hay necesidad.

"El todo incluido no vale la pena "

El hotel esta deteriorado, la comida PESIMA!, los balcones conectados a otra habitacion, las ventanas con un huevo q deja pasar el aire acondicionado.

"Nicest staff ever and great food"

The food was excellent and the staff was lovely

The mattress, it was too old, it sunk by itself. There were no bottles of water in the room.
