"Very Good"

The hotel staff was very nice and super helpful with our booking. The breakfast had a great selection of items that were high quality. Our room was spacious and quiet. The hotel is just a short walk to the main area of the city and parking on site is available for only 5 euro per night.

There was an issue between Booking.com and the hotel so when we arrived they didn't have a room reserved for us despite our confirmation from both booking and the hotel when we originally booked the place. Luckily they got a room for us which was an upgrade to the large suite. However, the suite itself is very dated. It was massive but I guess all that space is hard to keep clean as we saw a number of areas were dirty. I think it would've been top-of-the-line about 15 years ago but it just needs a modernization to compete at the price point its at.

Toalhas de banho aquecidas. Colaboradores da secção de reservas muito simpáticos e atenciosos, tal como no pequeno almoço. Silêncio nos quartos.

Foi feita uma solicitação na receção que não foi atendida. De não ter uma garrafa de água, à temperatura ambiente, no quarto, para beber, independentemente de ser a pagar. Qualidade da fruta no pequeno almoço.
