Holiday Inn Rock Hill by IHG

Stayed here many times but my recent stay exceptionally pleasant. Greeted at check-in by Tonya who was friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. The cup of fresh hot coffee helped to mitigate our travel fatigue. The next morning our early day began with smiling and gracious greeting by Elizabeth. She helpful and again made sure all had gone well. The checkout was and again a fresh cup of coffee to begin the day was most welcomed. Thank you for a very gracious and comfortable stay.

Opportunity to pay closer attention to the housekeeping.

We had to change rooms three times. The first room had toilet issues. The second room, the bathroom door would not close because it had completely come off the hinges. The third room was fine. Room service food was horrible and we had to DoorDash something else.

A basically ne holiday inn. In our case offering better value and better services than the standard Hampton inn. They have a bar and clean spacious lobby. For middle hotel this is plus hotel.

I did not care for the shower in the bathroom. No tub. No curtain

Very comfy and clean! Friendly staff and functioning utilities.
