Holiday Inn Rock Hill by IHG

After a pathetic stay in No. Macon I swore off of HI. So glad I went to Rock Hill, from Garrett's greeting at the door to the moment we left it was a fantastic experience. I'm still a customer thanks to Garrett and the wonderful folks at Hiliday Inn Rock Hill! Great food and terrific location, and facilities too!

We stay at this Holiday Inn all the time. Every staff member you are in contact with are pleasant and helpful and truly want their guests to have a pleasant experience. Front desk staff are always making your stay welcoming and go out of their way to assure you have everything you need or need information in the area. Thank You.

All staff was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything

The towels were old and stained only had 2 towels each day no extras but were delivered after asking for some. A dirty pair of socks were left behind a pillow on the couch. My question why was this not found during cleaning after the last guest left? The shower door leaked water all in the floor during the shower. And there was a buzzing sound that I could never find the entire time we were there. I am hearing impaired and it was a piercing sound in my hearing aids!

I was charged twice.

The hotel was super clean, spacious, with a restaurant inside. It was located near stores and restaurants, within walking distance. The staff were wonderful and we felt very safe. Clean rooms, super comfy beds and quiet night. We will definitely be returning.

The wifi was a bit slow and choppy for us. The pool was a little on the small side and seating around the pool was not the best. The chairs were a bit tattered and seen better days.

The location and the first and third shift staff were friendly but the guy that was working that night never greeted anyone when we entered the hotel. Most of the time he was sitting in his car.

The rooms were dirty, our room had a roach stuck on the wall and we didn’t realize it until later that night. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and they replaced it with a smelly stinky refrigerator. I paid for a double queen and king room but they gave me 2 king rooms and told me there’s nothing they could do about it. The telephone was very dirty
