RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort

Good location

The sliding door into our room did not lock. The bathroom stunk. We filled the sink up and it leaked all over the floor.They did come and fix it but they couldn’t do anything about the smell so they relocated our rooms which was good. The manager who moved us to another room was very helpful and a very nice young lady who seemed very good at her job. I think the food was a bit overpriced but that is generally all over western Australia. But we did get to see the dolphins which was great and what we came for and the sunsets were fantastic. Overall I would rate it as a pretty good place to stay but at the end of the day it’s the only place there so you have no other options if that’s where you want to stay.

Stunning location with breathtaking views and the unique opportunity to see dolphins up close. Emus wandering freely around the resort, making the experience feel even more authentic and memorable. Heated pool that allows you to enjoy a swim even on cooler days. Beautiful surroundings with plenty of amazing spots to explore nearby. Clean, comfortable, and functional accommodation with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The food served at the bar did not quite meet our expectations. The resort is on the expensive side, although this is somewhat understandable given that it is the only accommodation option in such a unique and remote location.

We loved it all! The place was so beautiful and extremely family friendly, there is everything you need there. Two restaurants, little shop with everything you need, the dolphins you could see nearly all day every day! Stunning beaches! Heated big pool, play park, chess, mini golf! Denham was the closest town, a cute little town with a nice park and coffee shops, we also visited the aquarium which is definitely worth a trip. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, they made extra effort with my two little ones which made a big difference to our stay, nothing was ever too much and big shout out to Aidyn in the restaurant! My kids were big fans! 👍🏻 The room was clean and beds were super comfy, the staff kept everywhere really clean and always gave us extra towels. We stayed in the garden view room, there was 4 of us which was a little tight but it worked and we didn't spend much time in the room anyways! We will 100% be back!
