Hôtel Mercure Toulon La Seyne-Sur-Mer

Notre séjour a été convenable mais l accueil pas très chaleureux.

Très bon établissement

L hôtel est parfait, nous y allons depuis plusieurs années mais changement de chaîne, c est passé mercure et depuis c est infernal pour ce garer. le parking est payant et il le propose à tout le monde mais oublie de nous dire que c est le premier qui arrive qui a une place et il faut pas la quitter. De plus Impossible de se garer à l extérieur . et en plus le lundi matin, je m aperçois que des place était occupé par un chargeur de voiture qui avait du les entreposés sur le parking C est le seul bémol,

- The bedding had not been changed and was dirty as you can see on the picture, what a shame for a four-star hotel !!!! - Room needs to be refreshed, it doesn't look like a Mercure Hotel - The parking was full Never again.

Great hotel, enjoyed my stay. The facilities are great, only downside is the location, a bit far from the beach and a bit rough area. Amazing view from the balcony. Would be great if the air con was working in the gym. But apart from that, everything was great! Highly recommend

Great location and staff were very helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. Parking could be difficult at busy times and the phone in our room did not work despite reporting the fault.

Incompetent staff and the air conditionning was not working during 1 week . Outside : 40c .
