我住652號房，號稱5星級的飯店，房間竟然有蚊子！ 通知櫃檯，他們也不知道怎麼辦？只好請房務送電蚊香來 五星飯店不應該發生這種環境清潔的問題 害我整夜睡不好，搭一早的飛機很痛苦，早知道不要住凱悅

Everything was with additional charge (late check out), changing same room to another building had extra charge too. Start to look like a low budget airline.
