The restaurants on site are good. The accommodation is not so good. We had to move rooms three times, once as the door would not lock, the second was the room thermostat did not work, and the third was the AC did not work (even though it was repaired once when we were in the room). We left once we were asked to change rooms again. We were not refunded for the two days we did not stay.

Room was smelly and AC vents are not cleaned properly due to which we got viral attack after 2 days stay.

Don't recommend for families at all. Nothing is in working condition can't adjust AC, no hot water, need to fight with wash basin tap to turn on or off... list can go on..

if you want to see a thriving city the hustle bustle this is location close to many attractions of HYDERABAD

Location, courteous staff always willing to help, spacious rooms

The property has become very old. We found cockroaches in our room every day and there were flies as well on walls. We informed this to front desk and they have promised to pest control at the earliest.

The service was moderate but there was a kind of damp smell in the hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price we pay. The hotel needs to pay special attention to smell, flies and mosquitoes in room.
