Hopeless maintenance. No renovation. Not at all suggestible

There is nothing which has to be liked. Room has no renovation. Flooring is damaged. Bathrooms not maintained. Drainage not proper.

no pillow covers at checkin no room service cleaning the next day even saw a cockroach in room at the time of checkin whole fooor smells of smoke (smoking) even after letting them know we needed non smoking room and floor

We had no internet in the rooms the time we were there. The rooms need to be painted and new beds and sofas added as they were dirty. Shower grim was horrible.would not stay here again- lobby was clean and food good from both restaurants. These areas were clean and up to date/ they need to do this for the rest of the hotel
