"Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich."

Gefallen hat uns, dass das Personal sehr freundlich war. Die Lage war auch ok. Auswahl Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls gut.

Das Hotel war für uns total überfüllt. Kaum genügend Plätze beim Frühstück, da extrem viele Menschen (Familien mit mehreren Kindern, Kleinkindern etc.) im Hotel waren. Beim Frühstücksbuffet musste man Schlange stehen. Ab Sonntagmittag wurde es angenehmer. Am Hotel waren unzureichende Parkmöglichkeiten (ab Sonntagmittag besser). Es war so, dass man an der Strasse parken musste, wo jeden Morgen Politessen auftauchten und den Hotelgästen Protokolle schrieben. Wellness/Schwimmbad konnte man nicht genügend nutzen, da es mehr als Spaßbad für Familien mit Kindern belegt war. Morgens um 7.00 h reservierten bereits die Familien die Liegen im Schwimmbad mit Badetüchern. Darum kümmerte sich niemand vom Hotel. Auch war der Geräuschpegel bis spät abends zeitweilig störend, wenn man auf dem Balkon lesen wollte. Bei unserer Buchung hatten wir nicht bedacht, dass in Bayern und Baden-Württemberg noch Schulferien waren plus Brückentag. Es waren für uns nicht so erholsame Tage, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Zweimal haben wir a la Carte gegessen. Das Essen meiner Frau (Schweinebarten mit Klößen) war unterirdisch. Das Fleisch war so hart, dass man es auf dem Teller zurücklassen musste. Beschwerde beim Kellner brachte nur die Aussage, er würde es in der Küche melden. Das war es! Keine Entschuldigung, gar keine Reaktion.

"schönes Hotel mit harten Betten"

harte Betten beeinträchtigten Schlaf - auf die Anmerkung hin gab`s an der Rezeption nur eine reichlich knappe Entschuldigung

"Wir kommen gerne wieder."

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und es gab einen großen Balkon. Rund um das Hotel war viel Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Parkplatzmangel draußen. Tiefgaragenplätze waren aber für 5€ / Nacht noch genügend vorhanden.

Czystość w pokoju i łazience, fajny balkon, bardzo wygodne łóżka, basen, sauna, i perfekcyjne śniadania. Byliśmy juz w tym hotelu drugi raz, pewnie będą kolejne odwiedziny.

Szkoda,ze nie ma klimatyzacji.

"Goed hotel met uitstekend ontbijt en voor de liefhebbers een goed dinerbuffet"

Goed ontbijt en ruime kamer met goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het was erg druk op de parking en bij het ontbijt was het af en toe erg druk maar ze hadden het wel onder controle.
