La atención del personal y los pequeños detalles que tuvieron con nosotros. Las vistas de la habitación era increíbles. Lástima, que en el itinerario de viaje no hubiéramos elegido una segundo noche, pero sin duda las 24h mejores que hemos pasado en Bulgaria.

Only the location and some of the stuff! They were very nice and helpful, but not everyone could speak English!

I don't know why they have such a high score on Booking, the food was terrible, not fresh, horrible cooked. The staff was nice, but not everyone could speak English! I was very disappointed about the experience! It was clean, good location, but it s not a 4 stars hotel! I paid way too much for this vacation!

Nesebar is a very cool place! The hotel was perfect! Very nice staff, super clean, really big balcony with an awesome view, comfy and clean room! The food was also fantastic, pool is pretty, and best location in my opinion! Can’t say anything bad about this place!

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! It is very convenient for traveling with small children and is located right on the beach. The whole place is very clean, and our room was spotless with a beautiful sea view. The restaurant and the food are excellent, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

Всичко ни хареса - отлично местоположение, вкусна храна и любезен и внимателен персонал! Изказвам искрени благодарности към хотела - имахме платени 6 нощувки със закуски, но поради постъпване на член на семейството в болница пристигнахме в хотела на четвъртия ден и хотелът в знак на разбиране и съпричастност ни осигури безплатни вечери и достъп до плажа, както и паркинг. Изключително мил жест от тяхна страна! Останахме трогнати! Благодаря!
