"10/10 hotel experience!"

From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered a truly 10/10 experience! We were in town for a soccer tournament, and the entire stay exceeded expectations. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless—easily some of the cleanest we’ve experienced—and you could tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. The food was fresh, well-stocked, and had a great variety. What really stood out was the breakfast crew—they didn’t just stay behind the counter, they came around, greeted guests, and made everyone feel welcome. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Customer service across the board was exceptional. The general manager was visible, engaging, and genuinely cared about guests having a great stay. The bartender was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and added a fun touch to the evenings. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were both great, and our soccer team had an absolute blast enjoying them during downtime. The location is also convenient, with plenty of nearby options for food, groceries, and a bit of shopping, though we didn’t explore much since we were busy with games. If I had to mention a couple of small improvements, it would be adding a fan in the bathroom and possibly having more than one elevator for convenience. That said, the outstanding cleanliness, service, and overall experience more than made up for it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone—especially teams traveling for tournaments!

The room had not been cleaned very well. There was food stuck on the entertainment center, the furniture was so dusty you could write your name and the bathroom mirror was dirty.
