Great property come here regularly and would highly recommend

Hotel have zero entertainment , no atmosphere, no DJ at the Glow. No restaurants options, yellow fish is just small area with no privacy beds next to each others. Over priced over rated. Can’t see any 5* in the rooms or lobby .

Perfect location & cool design

We have been at the W Ibiza several times and even recommended it to some friends. Unfortunately the service level dropped significantly, equipment is rotten or missing and the cleanliness is getting worse. As a Marriott Gold Bonvoy member I have kindly asked for an upgrade when we booked trough booking.com. The hotel replied that they will check the possibility for an upgrade when we check in. At check in we have been told that they will not deal with the our request because we have booked on booking.command not directly on the marriott page. When we mentioned to the manager on duty that we have a written statement that they would try to make it happen at check in, he replied that this email has been written before he took over responsibility and that he does not care about it. We decided that we will not let this inappropriate and unfriendly welcome ruin or vacation and went to the rooftop bar to have food and drinks. Unfortunately there have not been enough parasols and when we asked to get some, the waitress replied that we should not complain, because she has to work in the sun and that she would not complain. To be on a rooftop bar in July without parasols is not only unpleasant but unhealthy because of the sunburn. We addressed the issue to the GM and he managed our complaints professionally. He managed to provide some parasols (which have been damaged) and considered our request for an update after we have explained the situation. He explained that a storm damaged the parasols and that it would not be possible to buy enough new ones on Ibiza. Even if the situation seems odd to us, we decided to enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately we had to experience that also the other pool equipment was in bad shape (e.g. the sunbeds where rusty and broken) and that the cleanliness was poor (dirty floors, broken glasses, dishes from the room service where not cleaned up,…). At breakfast the service was unfriendly and did not pick up dirty plates.
