"Don't stay for the pool/hot tub"

The breakfast was great and housekeeping did a wonderful job. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and nice.

The pool and hot tub was dirty and literally turned our blonde hair green and it has been over a week and we still can't fully get it out. Supposed to be able to feed the fish "all day" on Tuesdays and Saturdays and we were there 7 nights and unable to feed the fish because they had given out all the available food for the day before breakfast had even ended. Paid for parking and still got a notice on my vehicle that they were going to tow my car for unauthorized use. Went to the front desk and they just said "you are fine". When asked for validation for window they seemed put off by having to do their job and give it to me.
