Lage top. Zugang mit Code und Schlüsselsafe vor der Zimmertüre - sehr einfach. Parken in der Nebenstraße klappt gut.

Bei der Ankuft roch das Zimmer stark nach Chlor, das ging aber mit Lüften weg. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, aber ist nachts doch sehr laut. Außerdem roch sie anfangs immer etwas nach feuchten Keller. Das Zimmer wurde NICHT EIN EINZIGES mal gereinigt, auch nicht auf Bitten hin (Strand, Sand). Klopapier bekamen wir auf Nachfrage. Frische Bettwäsche und frische Handtücher wurden uns nur aufs Bett gelegt, mussten wir selber beziehen und die Dreckwäsche lag dann die restlichen Tage im Zimmer, obwohl man uns Klopapier brachte, der Wäschehaufen blieb. Auch der Müll wurde nich geleert. Das hatte ich nachgefragt und wurde uns versprochen, aber geleert wurde er nicht. Und ich seh es nicht ein den Hotelmüll öffentlich zu entsorgen auf Gemeindekosten. Im Bad gibt es keine Abluft und die Tür ist mehr ein Sichtschutz. Auch die Zimmertüre hat einen großen Spalt, was alles sehr hellhörig macht. Für das Zimmer gibt es nur einen Schlüssel, was etwas schwierig ist, wenn einer im Zimmer bleiben will zum schlafen zB. Dann kann man den einen nur einsperren. Haken um etwas zum trocknen aufzuhängen findet man auch keine. Unsere Ansprüche sind nicht hoch, aber wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht.

At the night you could hear every noise from inside hostal and from outside so it was very hard to get some sleep. Also one morning we didn’t have water.

Reservé sin cancelación gratis por lo que la estancia me la cobraron en el momento que hice la reserva. Antes de alojarme me enviaron un Mail con un link para que pague la tasa turística con tarjeta , dicho link me daba error cuando cargaba la tarjeta (les envié foto con el error de la página) , les ofrecí pagar con efectivo cuando llegara al lugar (porque era la única opción de mi parte que tenía disponible )y no me lo aceptaron . Como me daba error y no quedaba pagada la tasa turística , no me llegaba el Mail de los datos para poder llegar al lugar , les comenté esto y les solicité que me reintegraran el dinero dado que no era mi culpa que me diera error el link y que no aceptaran efectivo . En la publicación no decía en ningún momento estas condiciones . No me aceptaron la cancelación por lo que tuve que pagar toda la estadía . Nunca pude llegar al lugar por lo que tuve que reservar en paralelo otro alojamiento . Me parece lamentable .

The property is very central located in the north of Cala d’Or check in was very easy

Terrible experience – bedbugs and unhelpful staff I had bedbugs in my room. The first night I was itching all night, and it happened again during a nap the next day. When I informed the staff, their response was, “OK, we’ll take care of it after you check out.” I insisted they take action immediately since I was still staying the night, but they refused to change the mattress and asked me to provide a solution. They were rude, sent me a message in Dutch (which I don’t understand), and blamed me for not reporting the issue earlier—even though it was my first night. Eventually, they sent new sheets and towels, but didn’t even bother to change the bed themselves. I had to use the towels to cover the mattress. Extremely poor service and attitude. Would not recommend.

Nothing

The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, large beds and storage space, a cozy balcony. But! If you plan to stay for more than 3 days, then not all the amenities are in the hotel. The hotel has clean towels, but no shower gel, which is strange. During our stay, the hot water was gone for 1.5 days, and at night the Internet turned off completely. Regarding the rules that you can't make noise in the hotel, other residents were very noisy and did not let you sleep. But there is also no refrigerator and some basic things: glasses, etc. The location is good, but just because of the location raise such a price? and close your eyes to all the other amenities? The staff responded quickly, special thanks!

The rooms are located on the most central part of Cala d'or. It has air condition and it is clean. For a few days the rooms are more than ok and even after booking them late on the busiest period of the summer the price was decent. It is was you expect from a 2 star hotel.

The rooms are small and the only real issue is that the internet connection is cut throughout the night for some reason.
