Nos dejaron entrar hasta la 5 pm por que no estaban listas las habitaciones, el encargado en recepcion muy mal educado, el "desayuno" incluido es pesimo, la cama dura. Muy caro para el mal servicio que ofrecen

"Roban / No reportan objetos olvidados."

Olvidé mi cargador de celular en la habitación, llamé para solicitar lo resguardaran, solo me comentaron que la ama de llaves no reportó nada. Estoy 100% seguro que lo olivdé conectado detrás del buró de noche. Una lección más para revisar siempre no olvidar nada, las personas de limpieza siempre roban lo que uno olvida.

Buenas instalaciones, solo detallitos en cuanto a que no contaban el primer día con jabones para el baño, la desprogramación de la llave de acceso al cuarto y unos vecinos algo ruidosos en la madrugada.
