Coffee was decent and the light supper was better than expected.

Overall breakfast items were just ok... could have been Much better.

Can't say enough. I don't travel a lot so when I do I I truly want to find the best that my budget can afford as a person who is ill. I try and pick places that are well established and meet my needs. We were driving a long way so having the indoor hot tub so that even at night we might visit. It was one of the reasons that I picked it in the pool. After doing a 14-hour trip standing up or floating in suspension and having the hot tub was just phenomenal. I picked a larger room because of my age. I have trouble with my feet. I didn't have to worry about kicking the end of anything or not being able to share the bathroom with my caregiver. It was big enough that if I was in the shower he could still use the bathroom. He wasn't tucked up right underneath my nose. To our surprise, the breakfast buffet was absolutely astonishing because I don't eat out a lot being able to take it up to the room and have just a nibble to set on. My stomach was superb and the grits were just delicious. He had his eggs and coffee and we did not have to venture away from our hotel. The area hotel was at allowed us to travel to and fro without any issues and being right on the expressway was perfect location. We did not have any maid service we asked not to just because we were only there a few days. There was no reason to change that towels or sheets or anything like that. So we definitely believe in conservation of water. The only thing I can say is I wish there were more we would like to travel more and stay in more. We came home to Florida and we did find the one in the Tallahassee Gainesville area and we will be going up that way to do some motorcycle riding in a couple months and will be staying there. We just found everything to be wonderful at check-in to have a little bag of popcorn check-in was simple breezy to being able to get sodas three a day.

I like the fact that when we came in after a 14-hour drive we could get in the pool and or the hot tub. Even though it was raining, the pool was still quite warm and I mean raining as in 3 hours from our drive from Florida. We were in the rain. The hot tub was comfortable. Could have been a little warmer but we had a bunch of children in it prior to us getting in it but that was our main concern was being able to decompress after that drive

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! The check-in process was quick and smooth, which made settling in super easy after a long day. One of my favorite parts was the evening “kickback” from 5:30 to 7:00—it was such a nice touch. They offered free food along with complimentary drinks, including alcoholic options, which really made the stay feel like a great value.

While there were a few things I enjoyed about my stay, there were several issues that really took away from the overall experience. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of supervision around the property. There were many children left unattended, and at one point there were even kids outside smoking marijuana. When we reported it to staff, they said they would address it, but the same kids returned shortly after. It didn’t feel very safe, especially with so many unsupervised minors running around. The amenities were also disappointing. We were told the pool was heated, but it was actually very cold. The hot tub wasn’t much better—it wasn’t hot enough to be enjoyable. That was a big letdown since we were really looking forward to relaxing. Cleanliness was another issue. The rooms didn’t feel properly cleaned—there was older furniture, no trash bags in the trash cans, and the bathroom wasn’t well-maintained. The tub was stained, which made it feel unclean overall. Lastly, the food and drinks were very disappointing. We spent around $70 on takeout, and the food was not good at all. The complimentary alcoholic drinks were also not enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel has some good features, there are several areas that need serious improvement, especially in cleanliness, safety, and food quality.

Very clean and comfortable along with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also great.

Not much parking

Wow, not enough great things I can say! The hotel is beautiful, staff is wonderful, manager is excellent, love the room, bed is very comfortable, free dinner and breakfast - both great, overall a GREAT experience!

Everything was perfect! Nothing to dislike!
