Signature Inn Medford Downtown - Newly Renovated

This hotel is disgusting. If you’re gross or a tweaker it’s perfect.

I was able to get a ground floor room. The office attendant was friendly. The bed was comfortable enough.

No breakfast was offered. Most of the electric plugs in the room were bad. I only found 2 of 10 that were safe and secure to use for a medical device. Although I did ask for a ground room floor, I was not told it would be a smoker's room and it was known that I was a non-smoker. It was stinky and really dragged the whole experience down. The room had wood blinds of which most did not work. They were not black-out shades, they were just for privacy.

There was nothing i liked about this place

where to start? The room smelled like pee. When I went into the bathroom there was actually pee left in the toilet. the floors were filthy! Dried cereal on the floor. The pillow covers still had make-up on them and were filthy! The television remote did not work. The tub/shower was filthy! The toilet did not flush properly. When turned on the water came out brown. Very very disappointed in this facility to say the least!

Room had not be cleaned, linens had not been changed prior to entering room. Owner/desk clerk is impatient, rude, and unsympathetic.

It was nice, and budget friendly, but the morning we were there, the water was completely turned off.

Condescending, rude, insensitive desk clerk. Incredibly rude and dismissive.

I had a great stay at budget inc 💚 would definitely come back & stay here !(:
