After fifth stay they treat you like a complete stranger. Personel not really helpful with even simple requests. Limited English language capabilities.

View, room, bed, were wonderful. Bathroom was a little tight but it did the job. Loved the balcony and view. It was in a great location

Poolside service for drinks was slow on Tuesday. First day was great. Maybe a little understaffed.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Eingang zu Sirmione. Der geschützte Parkplatz ist ebenfalls sehr gut. .

Nicht gut: Nur italienisches TV. Der Bildschirm ist auch zu klein
