Grand Hotel Terme Sirmione

Everything, Hotel Grand Terme exceded our expectations! We have stayed in a lot of hotels in our lifetime, without a doubt, Grand Terme was the classist venue ever! We would come again, like in a successful business, it's location,location,location!!! The mineral pool wiped away all our aches and pains. We were so impressed how they treated us, and families with children! The staff and management treated us, and everyone else like celebrities. There was no discrimination to anyone staying there that we noticed! First class lodging and service all in one, Highly recommend!!!!!!

Nothing, not enough time to stay longer, we did not want to leave hotel, the thermal pool and proximity to Lake Garda was quite impressive, views were spectacular of mountains and castle views, not to mention visiting all of Sirmione. Love,Love, Love !!!!!!!

L’emplacement devant le château est superbe. Les équipements de l’hôtel sont impeccable (spa, piscine avec l’eau de source thérapeutique), transats sur le lac). Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, très variés.

La chambre n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles avec notamment une une salle de bain est vieillissante.

Manchmal hat es etwas komisch gerochen, was eventuell vom Thermalwasser kam. Sehr junge Mitarbeiter am Empfang, sehr freundlich, aber etwas überfordert.

The location is fabulous

We ended our two week Italy vacation at the Grand Hotel Terme Sirmione and Sirmione/Lake Garda. We spent four nights at the hotel. The location is fabulous. It's just across the bridge to the island next to the castle, an excellent location if you're visiting the area. We checked into the hotel in late afternoon and made reservations at the restaurant out of convenience, The food was so good that we ate there 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. We had aperitif's every evening in the bar area and found it a great place to start the evening. We reserved a comfort room. We were upgraded and had a small sitting area and a balcony with a partial lake view. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. Staff serviced the room several times during the day. Staff throughout the hotel were wonderful. Good service is obviously an important attribute of the hotel. Everyone was interested in making our stay the best ever and we felt well taken care of. During our stay, my wife fell and injured her knee. Front Desk staff were happy to get us to a pharmacy, get us periodic ice packs and even helped us with a cane. We did not use the spa or thermal pool but witnessed several guests enjoying the facilities. The hotel is definitely a five star hotel and we look forward to returning some day in the future.
