The gentleman at the front desk was the perfect example of how people in the hospitality industry should treat everyone who walks through their doors. I didn't get his name, but I wish I would have so I could tell his boss to give him a promotion and let him train all current and future employees. My reservation had all kinds of issues due to my bank. At any other hotel, I would have been turned away and lost the money I spent on the reservation. This man turned what would have been a stressful, agonizing situation, into a pleasant, stress-free transaction that took less than 2 minutes! I can't thank him enough! You're the best!

Breakfast is $10/per person. Reasonable, I guess, but kind of petty to charge for breakfast AND require a $50 incidental fee. You end up paying twice what your reservation cost was for the room after they tack on incidentals and breakfast. Makes a good deal not so good anymore.

Great place to stay!

TV remotes would not work. Took 1-1 1/2 hrs to Get front desk on phone. Had to reset TV. Then we killed a ROACH in our room that I took a pic of. Toilet wouldn’t flush most of the time, had to wait 10-15mins after you used it to get it to flush. Asst. Manager was no help in the matters either. Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very very long time.

This hotel feels dated and dull. The check-in experience was a bit weird. The front desk person just wasn’t personable or cheerful. Normally, they hand you a Hilton Honors bag with a couple of water bottles to begin your stay. He didn’t offer anything and when I asked, he just pointed to a basket of water bottles by the desk that were being sold for $2 each and asked to just take two from there!! The bed was comfortable thankfully. The continental breakfast is $9.75 and was terrible. Literally just toast and cereal!! And the bread wasn’t even fresh. On the second day, I decided to order and omelette from the menu and it was better. But overall, not much to brag about here. There are many hotels in the surrounding area which I would look at if I traveled back to this town.

The hotel accommodations were great. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed. I would choose to stay here again if I am back in the area!

Didn't have the breakfast. But the staff was really great about assisting us with our luggage as there were not anymore bell carts.

the rooms are very clean and very friendy, we had a wonderful weekend we will definitely stay here again thank you throughout
