I love that you can see the bay from your window. It was a good size rm. The managers were living there were really nice and helpful.They have picnic tables along with chairs in the back to sit and watch the water. Very quiet and peaceful there. It also had a sauna you use. The bay is within walking distance so you can go and swim.

It was close to the beach which we loved, but no food services on site and you have to drive to Yarmouth or Meteghan for restaurants. There is a microwave in the room, and a BBQ in back of you wish to BBQ but unclear if utensils are provided for BBQ. We also liked being able to walk out the back door to view the water and tables and chairs for sitting outside.

We only stayed one night during our road trip, but we truly wish we had stayed longer! The beach was just a short walk away, and the soothing sounds of the water made the whole experience incredibly calming and refreshing. The two-bedroom cottage was charming, cozy, and had everything we could’ve hoped for. A perfect little getaway — we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Beautiful views of the ocean from the motel rooms. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating...lounge chairs...tables...BBQ's and a lovely sauna. Very clean!

This motel probably has one of the most beautiful settings in the area. Mavillette Beach is huge, relatively empty and protected, and the rooms at the Cape View have back doors so that you can walk right out to chairs and picnic tables overlooking the beach. The room also had a big picture window in the back that allowed me to watch the surfers catching some gentle waves. Great for a longer stay, and the new management couple were kind and very accommodating. A very quiet and serene place. I want to go back!
