The location is excellent, and the breakfast is very delicious. This is my third time in this hotel, and certainly is not the last one. The staff is making an effort to improve the overall guest experience. The reception staff is very nice, and the lady in the breakfast room is very helpful and pleasant.

The location was excellent, right in the city center and very easy to reach both by public transport and taxi. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful: they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and when we came back to collect it before leaving, we were also able to use the restroom in the hotel lobby, which was very appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed and two pillows per person. The bathroom was clean and practical, with a nice bathtub and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. A lovely bonus was the small balcony attached to the room, which was very pleasant to use and had a nice view. I would definitely stay here again. 😊

Hotel przyjemny, pomimo swoich lat. Ogólnie wszystko było w porządku. Personel uprzejmy i pomocny. Śniadania dobre i różnorodne. Hotel położony w centrum, więc wszędzie blisko, albo piechotą albo tramwajem, trolejbusem lub metrem.

Niestety nocne hałasy zza okna, czy to biesiadników na ławce czy kierowców bez tłumików - oczywiście nie jest to wina hotelu!!!
