Excellent views, fantastic golf courses. Rooms at the lodge are large.

Beautiful area, older property, room cleanliness was a bit lacking, and housekeeping came in only once during our 6 night stay. Disappointing for what you pay.

Enjoyed the room and the view. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant at sunset.

Very disappointed with our experience. We had a mouse infestation in our $400+ per night cottage, outdoor pool heater was broken so the pool was too cold for our daughter to use, and we received zero housekeeping until we called to complain. Tried to talk to a manager in person and via phone for the past two weeks to address the issues with our stay and get some kind of compensation, and they are ignoring us. Definitely would not recommend staying here. They charge luxury rates but provide horrible service. Very disappointed because this was a splurge for our family.

The check in process was not very well. We were told check in was 4pm, we did not get our room until 6pm. We were also told there was no where to store our luggage during this time. They do not clean your room every day and charge you an eco fee on top of this. For the price you pay, I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed

Great location nice view friendly staff great amenities Parking was terrible if you left during the day and came back it was impossible to find a spot to park at that was close to the resort. When I did find a parking spot a distance away and came back a couple of hours later my car door had a giant dent put in it. Not impressed This made the trip very frustrating.

Beautiful setting, great restaurants and fabulous service. Will definitely return!

Love the place. Beautiful decor in the hotel and rooms. Excellent shop and pizza place. Sadly the restaurant for brunch was poor. Service was not good and the stack of plates at the buffet were all dirty. A problem with the dishwasher most likely. But needs to be dealt with Shouldn’t happen at a high end resort like this. Disappointing for the money

I look for Clean and Quiet. When i arrived they lost my reservation which was fully prepaid. I had meetings all day and came to my room which was boiling hot 29 degrees and located next to front entrance and car park. Very noisy. I had meetings all day and came back to a dirty room at 5 PM. Asked desk and they said they don't clean the rooms EVERY day. OMG-$300 + a night and cant do much of anything right. Very disappointing. Our conference as a whole also was disappointed and have voted to move to a new venue next year. Say Good bye to 45 guests next year. Staff are great but obviously being short changed by management cutting corners everywhere and it’s noticeable.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean. The only disappointment we’re the staff at the reception and sportsfacilities: cold as ice, like they couldn’t care less. Very unpleasant, never happened to us anywhere else in Canada. Staff in the restaurants we’re lovely.
