Hotel Victoria Maiorino

The location of the hotel is really great. It is close to Cava de’ Tirreni train station and a bunch of great restaurants. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and responsible. They printed out the train schedule for me when I mentioned my worry about the train strike on my day of departure. I left something valuable in my room, and they found it really quickly after I informed them. I offered them tips but they did not take it. The room is spacious. The hotel is very quiet at night. The price of the hotel is pretty acceptable compared to the prices of other hotels in Campania where I stayed.

Used this hotel as a base to visit Amalfi coast,Salerno and Pompei. Easy to reach and find from Naples airport. Watch out for the hotel signs as you navigate the streets of Cava de Terrini to get to the secure parking garage under the hotel. We were greeted at the hotel door by Martina who spoke good English and looked after us throughout our stay along with Marianna and Andreas. (Also good English).We were given a free upgrade to a 2 roomed suite. Very large room with a balcony. I enjoyed the beers from the mini bar on there every evening! The room was very tastefully decorated. In fact the hotel itself is all very tastefully decorated with some nice touches like an old wooden mangle and sewing machine on the second floor corridor. On our second night we ate in the hotel dining room. Very nice meal and very well looked after by the waiter. I can’t remember his name but he worked hard to ensure all guests were happy. Breakfast was ample with a good choice of food. Lucia the breakfast waitress made sure we were adequately catered for and nothing is a problem for her. The hotel fronts onto a main pedestrian street and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Each morning, I looked forward to the delightful breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of local pastries and traditional dishes. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out, as they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. For those traveling by car, the hotel provides a free, large underground garage, adding to the convenience. Overall, Hotel Victoria Maiorino combines an excellent location, comfortable accommodations, delightful dining options, and exceptional service, making it a top choice for travelers visiting Cava de' Tirreni.

Our stay at the hotel Victoria was exceptional. We had the suite and it exceeded our expectation. Breakfast was sensational and the staff especially Lucia was so friendly and accomadating. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it does not disappoint. If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi coast this is an ideal base. It is only 13 minutes by train to Salerno, where you can then catch a ferry to all the popular beach spots.

Lovely building with very helpful staff. Plenty of breakfast options, with fresh cooked bacon & eggs available. Very handy for city centre restaurants & shops

I will give this Hotel a 5 out of 5 wow what can I say great location. The staff was amazing and super friendly they made you feel so welcome and at home. The food was incredible this a place where you need to stay and enjoy Italy. This location was a great stay that I enjoy so much.
