This hotel was so clean & comfortable! The front desk was courteous every time we passed throuogh and gave us some tips for our spring training visit. We'll be back!

Overall "ok" 5-day stay. Not the best Homewood Suites we have stayed in (have stayed in several in various cities) but met our needs overall. Noteworthy things: -Would have appreciated housekeeping more than 1x (which was the day before we left) for our long stay -Ceiling fan in bathroom very grimy - needs a good clean -No crib available for first few days of stay despite putting this request in the notes when booking. Baby did not sleep well due to this so not as restful -Lots of disposable cups / plates / utensils for breakfast - not very eco-friendly -Breakfast options were good with good variety, good sized eating area -Overall good cleanliness in the rooms -Kitchen good but not as well appointed as other Homewood Suites we have stayed in (only the very bare minimum). Also a broken spatula for cooking. -Location is quite industrial, not much around by foot (vehicle is essential) and farther drive to get to & from most areas in Phoenix (deep south east corner), however area is clean

Home flooded so I stayed for 5+ months. Steven, Monique, Belinda and Bobbi always made me and my dogs feel at home. Lupe is the STAR!! She's there everyday working hard serving breakfast. She deserves a special acknowledgement, her quality of service and cleanliness goes above and beyond

We frequent major hotels and this is our first stay in a smaller property in a suite. We really enjoyed having a bedroom and a kitchen. I appreciated the option to run the AC or use the ceiling fan. We liked the convenient location to everything by car. Having a few restaurants down the street is great for days you don’t want to drive far or just want to take out. The free breakfast is good for a quick bite - normal continental with a couple of hot dishes like eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy. Good enough to get your day started and planned. It was only until 9:00 am and I think having it until 10:00 am would be nice. There were plenty of us late waker uppers that would appreciate that. The property is very clean, staff is very friendly, grateful there was a small store area with snacks and toiletries. I was surprised to see a fitness center that’s a great option to have. They also put out fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. A nice snack as you walked back in. My only recommendation would be to provide more information upon check in. Information on the property itself - what’s on property, pool, fitness center, hours of everything, etc. even information on surrounding areas for those of us visiting the area for the first time. Overall a great stay. Definitely got us thinking of suite rentals in the future.

Were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and throughout our two week stay!! Always able to meet our requests on a timely basis! Clean facility/room with disinfection wipes for our use as needed. Appreciated all the staff and felt like home by the time we left!

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, good amenities and great service ! We come to Chandler quite often, and will definitely keep coming back here, it is close to everything, so a good central location, big rooms, mini suites, nice stocked kitchen, as well.

We arrived fairly late and when we opened the sofa bed there were no sheets, no pillows or blankets for it. Called downstairs and girl told us we could come down and get sheets but they had no pillows or blankets. Unfortunately, we were already undressed and just sheets were no use. Very uncomfortable night crammed together in the bed. Then to add insult to injury, the next night the receptionist called while I was in bed and said the room downstairs was complaining we were running back and forth. I am mobility impaired and unable to run and the girls were still at their volleyball tour.
