Comfy clean sheets towels bed and pillows Bathroom was clean. Frig worked .

Smelled musty Very basic. No lamps. Carpets were stained For a two star we were pleasantly surprised, also grateful they had a room for us as every thing was filled in town or would not take our puppies.

When we arrived our room was already pre-cooled with air conditioning. Beds are comfy. They have big desk and cooler.

no kettle, no hair dryer, no shampoo or any other hygiene products. Only soap and toilet paper. Thin plastic cups instead of regular cups. They could at least provide paper cups. The hotel itself has seen better times. Everything is old.

It was clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. All we needed was a place to rest on our way further East and it met our expectations. It was a very hot day and the air conditioning worked well so we didn't go far.

Poor customer service. Call the guys in the morning to ask a question about reservation and ge was very rude and condescending. Told the time I will be getting there later in the night, and he threatened me if i don't get there by 4pm he will cancel my reservation. Mind u I was traveling from another state to get there. At 4 pm on my way a got email that my room was canceled and let me to search for another hotel because me and my kids now have nowhere to sleep... horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.
