There was no Breakfast they said they didn’t serve that, but on the sign, it says continental breakfast, but it does not come with the room. There’s no breakfast.

A chair at the front when you said to have a cigarette would’ve been nice

The room was dirty, it smelled of smoke. The garbage was full. Furniture was all scraped and worn. There was dried blood on the comforter. If your reading this review don't stay here!

bed was comfy, bathroom was kinda clean.

room had bed bugs, woke up with bites all over pillows werent washed, room felt like a sex dungeon, they downgraded the original room i booked.

Old frig. Not very cold. AC super noisy. Carpet instead of tile/wood floors. No coffee machine, no Kleenex. Tv control didn’t work-Walked to office to get different one. No telephone. Only overhead lights, no table lamps. Bathroom dirty-halls Location of toilet-behind the door in a corner of the room—near corner of counter near you.

Location close to central Kingston, reception staff friendly and efficient.

This is a really run-down place, not tidy, and as some other reviewers have noted, some units are possibly used to shelter people who were lurking around all the time.

The staff is helpful.

There is no kettle and the hair dryer is not working.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean but the carpet smelled mouldy.
