Pool was to dirty to use Sam for hot tub

Breakfast was fine. Nothing special but adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good but Google and Apple Maps had a different location so it was good you could see the sign from the freeway.

The hotel is pretty dated. It's probably why the price was good. We had a larger room upgrade. The room was a good size but had a lot of empty space. Maybe another piece of furniture like a small sofa would have been good.

The fact that I didn’t get the room type I booked and paid for weeks in advance and was told there was nothing that could be done to accommodate my reservation as booked because the hotel was fully booked that night. I even pre-checked-in and arrived within minutes of my agreed time! The staff person at the check-in counter was incredibly rude about the whole thing. The room assigned was a shambles. Burned and cracked lamp shades and lamps that didn’t work. No microwave as advertised. I could go on. I was told that the hotel is now privately owned and that the owner decides who gets assigned to what room regardless of room type booked. I took photos to remind myself to never stay there again!

Dirty used towel left in bathroom from previous people. Bed was very uncomfortable. Black mold in shower on grout. Breakfast was great!!

Only good thing about this hotel was staff and breakfast!

Room was outdated. Key card never worked correctly, sometimes worked sometimes didn't. TV was very small. Shower was falling apart. Restroom floor tile was loose & moving and was a trip hazard. Lights were very dim with poor lighting(room was very dark even with all lights on) Both chairs in room were stained, damaged, and uncomfortable. Asked to be moved to another room any room, with no luck :(
