I was harassed for breakfast this morning . Your morning employee on the date of sep 10 2025 8:30 am walked to me an asked what room I’m in. I asked why. He stated the he was looking for some one i asked him who was he looking for an did i fit the description clearly not. He proceeded to say that i had to pay for the breakfast because he thought i didn’t have a room i don’t know if he were trying to racial profile or what but the was unpleasant rude an out of his job description to treat me like that after i paid my money. I would like a refund

She was consistently attentive, especially when it came to linens and towels, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her helpfulness and proactive approach were truly appreciated.
