We loved our stay. The location is perfect. Easy to get everywhere but very quiet. Stunning rooms and very comfortable. Beautiful riad. Great breakfast. My partner had one of the best massages she’s ever had too.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The riad was absolutely beautiful. You could see the Atlas Mountains from the top terrace and watching the hot air balloons in the sky while the sun was rising was magical. I would definitely recommend this riad. ALL the staff were fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for us. So friendly, accommodating and professional. Their people skills were amazing!! If you stay here you will not be disappointed!!! They organised a private guide for us which I would definitely recommend as the souks can be very busy and easy to get lost in. We also had a hamman and massage at the riad on our first afternoon which was bliss and set us up perfectly for a very busy week of exploring!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like at our riad.

The welcome and the can do attitude of the staff .Nothing was too much trouble and we felt well looked after. The room was spacious with excellent linen and very clean . The air con and WI-FI were both good . It is a lovely building with great views from the roof and a stylish interior. The main sights are within easy walking distance and there is a lot to enjoy , Our favourite day was with Chef Laila .Absolutely wonderful for those who love cooking and enjoying authentic food .

The weather was cold and dining in the building was not enjoyable despite the best efforts of the staff . The food was ok but the temperature wasn’t The roads are chaotic and very dangerous as motorcycles and the rest pass you at ridiculous speeds even in the Souks . You need to take care and have your wits about you.Walking with a wife who has poor eyesight it wasn’t easy.

The riad itself is beautiful with a lovely traditional setting and décor. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout most of our stay. The location is very central - you step straight out into the heart of the medina, which is great for accessing the souks though be prepared for it to be immediately busy and overwhelming.

A few issues during our stay: the hot water was limited - if more than one person showered, the second person would get cold water, and oddly the towels smelt of cooking oil. Unfortunately our checkout experience was very poor and caused significant stress. We had arranged and pre-paid for a 9am taxi to the airport through the riad. When we came down at 9am, there was no one at reception and no information about where to meet the taxi. We messaged the host with no response. We left the payment we owed (for the taxi, arrival taxi, and spa treatments) behind the desk and accidentally left with the room key. We had to call repeatedly to get someone to come down to collect the key, by which time we were running late for our flight. The pre-arranged taxi never showed up, so we had to book our own Uber. As we were leaving, we were chased down by staff saying we hadn’t paid, despite having explained we’d left the money behind the desk. My partner had to run back to explain again while I waited with our Uber. We ended up paying for a taxi service we never received and nearly missed our flight due to the lack of organization and communication.
