ibis Styles Fontenay

The location relative to the metro was good, it made it convenient for public transport around Paris. The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the bed was very comfy.

The service was shocking, we were met with no person to check in. We then went round to the Novotel section of the hotel (as instructed by the sign), they could not help us checkin. After waiting for 45 minutes, we then went back to the Novotel section to ask for assistance, where we then found our check in host of the Ibis relaxing in the Novotel section. We later asked for extra pillows as we had two small cushions, we were told that they needed to ask if we could have 'large' pillows. We never heard a response. The room was not in any respect similar to what we had advertised.

Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Changement de chambre effectué immédiatement suite à des voisins bruyants (pas la faute de l'hôtel, chapeau et merci pour la réactivité !). Par contre, les sacs de linge et aspirateurs abandonnés dans les couloirs, ça fait un peu tache dans le décor. :) Le restaurant (commun à l'Ibis et au Novotel) a le mérite d'exister, surtout vu la pauvreté de l'offre aux alentours. Ça dépanne, mais c'est cher pour ce que c'est. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais bien agencées et bien insonorisées (pour celles qui donnent sur la rue en tout cas). Climatisation présente. La prise HDMI de la TV est accessible, pratique si on veut y connecter un PC.

Sacs de linges et aspirateurs dans les couloirs Voisinage, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel si certains clients sont malpolis et ne savent pas "tenir" leurs enfants.

Petit-déjeuner, Une secrétaire stagiaire très sympathique, motivée et impliquée.

Salle de bains et sanitaires, emplacement des WC, propreté des sanitaires du rez-de-chaussée, odeur de cigarette, propreté de l’accueil et de la salle à manger.

Very convenient location, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

I have never seen an hotel with so much mismanagement as this Ibis Styles in Val de Fontanay. The first room we are given upon checkin was occupied by other guests. When coming back the receptionist for the Ibis styles was gone and we had to walk to the Novotel reception. The guy who staffed that reception said that we had to wait and that "she would be coming" we waited for 15 mins but nobody showed. It was only after an hour when the guy actually moved to the Ibis styles reception and gave us another room, which was again(!) occupied with a guest visibly scared and yelling at us. The cherry on top was that the air-conditioning in our room was not working in the intense heat and staff is aware of the problem but doesn't do much about it, it's been like that for a week without any resolution. With better management this hotel could get a way better score, right now all i can recommend is stay away!!!

Comme d'autres visiteurs l'ont déjà écrit, le petit-déjeuner de cet hôtel est excellent : varié, copieux et délicieux.

Il y avait d'horribles moisissures noires au plafond de ma chambre. C'était le seul point négatif, mais ce phénomène a vraiment gâché l'impression générale.
