Wyndham Qingdao

I found the services provided on this executive level to be extremely outstanding. The staff members here in all the shifts are so friendly and made us feeling so welcomed, let alone mentioning the quality of the food. I will highly recommend this hotel and especially this lounge to all friends and people I know.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially with questions about using public transport, and about what activities to see and do.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Qingdao Hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel staff were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. One night we dined at the Hotel restaurant and it was unbelievably delicious and extremely reasonable. I was also very pleased with the amenities, such as the pool and gym. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easy to get to from the airport.

Excellent service. The staff was very professional. Accommodations were spacious and clean. Conveniently located to the airport. The grounds were beautiful with well manicured gardens and common areas.

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and am always pleased - I stayed for 2 nights on this trip. The room I stayed in this time was on the 7th floor and was much nicer appointed room than I have stayed in previously (although this has always been fine!). The room was kitted out with a lot of white marble and an ENORMOUS bathroom that I could've held a party in! The staff are good and most speak good English (great as my Mandarin is embarrassingly non-existent!), particularly at the front desk. Sometimes a little difficult to get across what you're after in the bar but again, bearing in mind that I don't speak the language, we certainly manage to get by! All in all a good and relaxing stay in the middle of a busy business trip!

Absolutely loved this hotel! During my 10 day trip to China, I spent 4 nights (total) in a king suite at this wonderful property... 3 at the beginning and 1 at the end. I enjoyed the amenities and the service here much more than I did at The Westin on the Bund in Shanghai. My experience at the Wyndham was superior in every way! The staff was incredible, the breakfast was delicious, and the grounds are breathtaking. When I am in Qingdao, I wouldn’t consider staying any where else.

Hotel environment is excellent. Room is clean and tidy. The Executive lounge service is good and kind but still need service training. The reception staff need training. The message service is good skill.
