スタッフの対応が良好です。ドアマン、受付、清掃・サポートスタッフ皆さんよく働いています。 全体的に古い設備で、湯沸かし器の不調、トイレの水トラブル等が発生しましたが、素早い対応で解決しました。 朝食は美味しく、質・量ともに満足できます。

ホテルの敷地内は清潔なのですが、敷地外の路上は歩きにくく、少し汚れているかも？

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e mi sono trovato molto male, la prima notte ho dormito pochissimo per un rumore assordante del frigo, il giorno seguente ho fatto presente la problematica, ma la sera, verificando, nulla era cambiato e ho dovuto tenere il frigorifero spento per dormire, non potendo tenere cibo e bibite al fresco. In aggiunta la colazione molto vasta sicuramente ma poca scelta per quanto riguarda il dolce, non ci sono brioche, torte, biscotti, ma principalmente pietanze asiatiche o classica colazione salata occidentale a base di carne, uova, toast rendendo difficile la scelta per chi non ama il salato la mattina. Per concludere in bellezza l’ultima mattina ci siamo svegliati non proprio serenamente con il continuo bussare per la consegna del lavaggio dei panni, alle 7 di mattina, avendo la sveglia alle 9 e non stando proprio bene di salute quei giorni non è stato carino svegliarsi in questo modo brusco e poco rispettoso verso un ospite che la mattina in hotel vuole riposare. Dispiace perché l'hotel è ben pulito, in una posizione ottimale, il personale molto cordiale ma l’esperienza in generale non è stata il massimo per le problematiche sopra elencate.

Ubicación de hotel excelente..y de resto mejor no hablar ( instalaciones muy antiguas y en mal estado, enchufes en habitación que dan miedo, bañera sin manguera, cama vieja-colchon y personal parecía que no te querían en el hotel, no dan información ninguna..)

Excellent location in the centre of Chiang Rai with many cafés, restaurants, and a small supermarket nearby to the bus station. Spacious rooms. Big buffet breakfast.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, wenige Meter zur Walkingstreet bzw. zum Food Court. Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr bemüht die gemeldeten Probleme zu beseitigen.

Die Wasserspülung der Toilette über uns war so laut, das man glaubte gleich kommt die Decke runter. Für die zweite Nacht sorgte die Rezeption dafür das das Zimmer über uns frei blieb (ein dickes Danke schön dafür). Das Internet funktionierte im Zimmer nur eingeschränkt. Der Service erklärte dann, das der Router (vor der Tür an der Decke montiert) leider nicht das ganze Zimmer abdeckt!! Das Frühstück wurde als Buffet serviert. Es verwunderte allerdings, das für die ca 80% nicht-Asiaten nur die üblichen Toast, Marmelade, gewässerter Schinken und Eier angeboten wurden wärend für die restlichen Gäste ca 10 warme Gericht zur Verfügung standen.

Excellent meeting at the airport and ride to the hotel. Check-in was easy and efficient after a day's travelling. The location is most convenient and very close to the bus terminal one for our VIP bus connection to Chiang Mai. The staff were very helpful in providing thinner pillows. The room was very spacious, the beds comfortable and the shower room was a good size. The breakfast buffet was varied and catered for all tastes. The omelettes were particularly well made.

There were pastries on our first morning. However, after a tour bus of a certain North European tourists arrived they picked the place clean of all pastries and must have loaded the bus up for their journey. We never saw a pastry again. The pool looks good, but is constantly in the shade.
